LETTERS – Do they want our opinions?

I refer to the article in a previous edition of the Spalding Voice.
Is it me? I tried to go into the South Holland District Council Public Realm consultation page on the website on October 26 and 27 to fill in the survey regarding proposals and ideas to improve the town centre but have been unable to gain access.
Do they actually want our opinions and ideas? Or is this going to be the same scenario as the non-existent consultations they had for the northern section of the western relief road where we were told what was going to happen, no questions asked?
May I suggest SHDC actually get the website working so we can voice our opinions on our town.

Mr K Davis
via email

Editor’s note: SHDC confirmed that the consultation was finished by the dates mentioned by Mr Davis but that a link was sent to him to allow him to submit his comments.
Any consultations held over the Western Relief Road would have been the responsibility of Lincolnshire County Council, not SHDC.
