Film club boost for Brownies

A Brownie group has been given a boost by a new district councillor.

South Holland councillor Steve Timewell met the Spalding 3rd Brownie group to present them with a new projector and a laminator.

The Brownies needed the projector to enable them to organise movie nights and a laminator to protect all their certificates

Coun Timewell donated £200 from his ward budget and presented the new purchases at the weekly Brownie meeting

“I am delighted to be able to help this very important community group and I’m sure they will have lots of fun with their film nights,” he said.
