Festive fish for Mick

Spalding Fishing Club fished their previously postponed Christmas Fayre match on Sunday on the River Glen.
It was a very tight match with all anglers catching lots of small fish. The weights ranged from 4lbs to the winner’s 7lb 5oz.
This was Mick Wright from peg 27 down from the footbridge at West Pinchbeck. Second was Alan Thomas with 6lb 8oz followed by Archie Kendall whose 5lb 14oz edged out Nick Witteman by 2oz.
The next match is Sunday (January 22), 8.30am draw at West Pinchbeck Barrs Bridge.
