Gabfest proves to be a Tonic

A host of local organisations and groups came together to talk about health and wellbeing.

Gabfest, a special event held by Tonic Health, comprised of speakers from several local organisations, alongside an information marketplace.

Participants included Rachel Booth, of Carers First Lincolnshire; Katy Gale, of Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service; health and wellbeing coaches from Munro and Beechfield medical centres, Helen Read and Joanne Kirlew; Simon Jary of Christians Against Poverty and Elise Sanderson of One You Lincolnshire.

A spokesman for Tonic Health, said: “We would like to say a massive thank-you to all the seminar speakers and stall holders.

“We had an amazing day networking and sharing vital information to help our community.

“A thank you also goes out to our team of staff and volunteers who helped make the day happen.
