Health care assistant in court on charge of stealing morphine from patient

A health care assistant has appeared in court on an allegation of stealing morphine tablets from a
patient in Bourne Road, Spalding.

Tracey Brookes, 47, of Queens Road, Boston entered a ‘Not Guilty’ plea on the grounds of her mental
health at the time but her solicitor, Sean Conway, told the court that the facts of the case were not denied.

The case was adjourned for a full hearing on April 29 at Lincoln Magistrates Court and she was granted
unconditional bail.
