In-form Simmonds enjoys another win at Tydd Gote Angling Club

Victor Simmonds is the man in form at the moment making it two wins in two outings at Tydd Gote Angling Club matches at Main Road with another comfortable victory in the Wednesday Open.

With the silvers not co-operating, he targeted the bigger fish with his usual multiple worm line approach and a big tench and superb 2lb 9oz perch duly obliged for a 7lb 10oz total.

That was way out in front of his nearest challengers Greg Brown, in second, and Gary Burton back in third.
