LETTERS – Don’t like it? Don’t use it

I must reply to the letter sent by Bert Collins in The Voice on August 12.

Why on earth will an adult gaming centre bring problems and add to the town’s deterioration?

The town has deteriorated because of anti-social behaviour and lack of funds to provide adequate policing. A gaming centre will bring jobs.

Are you suggesting that ‘undesirables’ frequent gaming centres and charity shops? If this is what you think, then the answer is simple; do not use them and do not judge those of us who choose to use them.

I don’t think Spalding needs a wine bar, so surprisingly I don’t use it. However I don’t want to stop anybody using it who wants to.
