Community service for man seen driving two months after being given ban

A Spalding man who broke a driving ban just two months after receiving it, has been ordered to carry out unpaid work and has had his driving ban extended.

Reinoldas Kratavicius, 27, of Commercial Road admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance when he appeared before Deputy District Judge Ray Allen-Khimani sitting at Boston Magistrates Court.

The judge heard that Kratavicius was seen driving on February 27 in Willow Walk just two months after being disqualified for two years the previous December.

The judge ordered him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work for the community and banned him from driving until June 2023.

He was also ordered to pay £180 in court costs and charges.
