Parents tuck into Easter tea at Spalding school

Parents were invited to join their children for an Easter tea at Monkshouse Primary School.

Each of the classes at the school gave a performance, which included singing, dancing, ukeleles and other musical instruments, before everyone enjoyed refreshments, an Easter bonnet parade and an egg decorating competition.

Prizes were presented to each class for best bonnet and best decorated egg.

A spokesman for the school said: “A very enjoyable event was had by all and we had lots of support from the parents.”
