Send thanks to NHS with postcard competition

A competition to say thank you to NHS staff in Lincolnshire has been launched.

Lincolnshire Community Health Service is launching a competition to design a thank you postcard.

The idea is that the postcards must use the words ‘thank you’ and would ideally reflect the hundreds of different types of jobs in the NHS.

There’s £25 Amazon gift vouchers available to the winning entries in each of four categories.

They are four to six years; seven to ten years; 11 to 14 years and 15 to 18 years.

As well as the voucher, winners will have their designs framed and presented at a ceremony later this year.

Maz Fosh, Chief Executive of LCHS said: “Our staff are working tirelessly supporting patients and their families at this very difficult time.

“The postcard competition is a great way to brighten their day and give our teams a reminder that people are thinking of them and really value their work.

“They are working in difficult and challenging circumstances and deserve recognition for the incredible work they are doing 24/7 across our county.”
To take part in the postcard competition, please send an A4 sized design, created using colouring pens and pencils in landscape format, by Thursday 7 May to:
Thank You postcard competition, Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust, Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7JH. Remember to include your personal details on a separate sheet of paper with your picture/competition entry and your full name, age, school, parent/guardian name, contact number and email address.
