Morrisons lights up Spalding charity The Meadows

A charity that brings people together were able to host a feast in a whole new light thanks to staff from Morrisons’ Woodhead department.

For the second year the company provided food for The Meadows’ Christmas lunches.
Last year they noticed the lighting was quite dim at its base off Park Road. So off their own back staff came into to provide new lighting.
The branch’s engineer James Mayes came in to install it in his own time.
Woodheads store manager Allan Norman said: “The Meadows is a fantastic charity.
“The team do an amazing job and it’s great to have this facility in Spalding.”
Masie Wenham of the management team said: “We want to say a big thank you to everyone involved.
“The food Morrison’s has provided was delicious and the lighting they’ve put in is brilliant.”
