Andy Law and Aidan Moore both scored twice to fire Pinchbeck United to the Spalding Sunday League crown at the weekend.
The duo bagged braces in Pinchbeck’s 4-1 victory over third-placed Punchbowl Panthers at Monkshouse Playing Field as Tom Roberts’ side move an unassailable eight points clear at the top of the table.
Sean Cade scored for Punchbowl, who now face a battle with Sutton Bridge Sunday for second spot.
The only other game played on Sunday saw in-form Fenway smash hosts Lutton 7-1. Joshua Prince led the charge with a hat-trick, while Dave Endersbee (2), Ben Holland and Taylor Beveridge also found the net.
It wasn’t all good news for Fenway, with Tom Cherry sent off. Ashley Sheedy hit Lutton’s consolation.
