A 15-year-old pupil at the Tulip Academy topped the straw poll to win Spalding’s annual Pumpkin Festival fancy dress competition.Sophieanna Morgan won the £25 first prize in the competition run by the Spalding Lions group.Mum Preechaya Naksawat said: “We’re very proud.
