My goodness Michael, I hope you are not too hopeful.
The Conservatives were not punished in this area at the election held during the height of the Conservative corruption scandal – payments to repair a garden ornament etc etc.

No matter what excuses this man has made, he kicked a police officer.
Assaulting the police or any other public service worker should be a in immediate period of custody.
Come on John Hayes where are you. get out among your fellow MPs and get the law upgraded.

To use a bus service people must know about it.
For instance how many know about the 57 bus that runs fast between Spalding and Boston via the A16 and then continues to Skegness.
Not seen a mention of it in any local paper.
Stagecoach did not mention it in their Days Out leaflet even though it calls at Springfields.

Michael, just because you have not seen queuing on your visit does not mean there is not a problem as I have seen queues back to the roundabout and no right turns allowed into the site.
When I checked the booking system there was no problem getting a slot with plenty to choose from.
However the site should stop keeping normal shop hours and open longer depending on the time of year.
Perhaps a saving from the cost of clearing up the fly tips would cover the cost.

Yes he was wrong, but what is being done about the motorist who access the Market Place as they wish and break the law by driving past the Vehicles Prohibited sign.

Is it not about time the letters appearing in all the Spalding newspapers paying homage to John Hayes stopped.
I think John does not need this homage as he does what he is supposed to do as an MP.
Whether his decisions are right or not is another thing.
We are told John obtained a concession in writing from Matt Hancock.
Well big deal because, as anyone with any sense will now, we will only go into a lower tier when the infection rate decreases.
It does not matter if the rate is below the national average if it is rising.
The announcement just made appears to leave us in tier 3, so so much for the written concession.
It is very disappointing to read such comments from Mr Yarham as it raises the question of suitability for the post he holds

Very sad that two councillors can keep a straight face and accept that the repair would be too expensive for the budget.
Well get off your backsides and do your job.
This situation is dangerous and search for the funds.
It may surprise you to know we have an MP who knew about this pavement slip when it happened and as frequent letters writers to the local press keep telling us how we have this excellent MP get him to live up this.
Get out there and find the funding.
